Questions about the 1st Annual Virtual Summit for Middle School ELA Teachers?

Fill out the form below and I'll personally get back to you within 24 hours (and it's almost always much sooner than that, but I like to underpromise and overdeliver :-)

A team to build the dream.

Change Agent has nearly 50 creation experts as well as another 25 tech experts and engineers. In our office, we don't separate departments. HR sits next to marketing, which sits next to software. Everyone works together to deliver the most innovative and effective results for our clients. We're proud to be change agents, transforming the way businesses market online.

Meet our directors of websites and marketing below to get an intro our team and office.

Beatrice Badler

Meet Beatrice, our director of website design and content. With a decade of experience, Beatrice has developed a highly trained muscle for building engaging, converting sites. Beatrice's love of photography has enhanced her eye for design even more. Her immense love of The Bachelor is just for fun.

Clark Blackwood

This is Clark. He's the head of marketing strategy. After working as a social media campaign manager for a major corporation, he wanted to move into a boutique agency where he could spread his creative wings. When Clark isn't wowing clients, he's taking pictures of his corgi Coconut and binging on The Office.

Let's get started.

Our team is here for you. We're excited to start brainstorming ideas for your website and marketing campaign. Schedule your free initial consultation to chat with a creation expert, inspire ideas, and learn how our process works.

Change Agent has been at the forefront of marketing trends since 2003. We were on social media before it was cool to be on social media. (Does that make us cool?) We've been designing conversion-worthy, aesthetic websites for longer than we can even remember. It's at the core of who we are and why we exist.

Our top values are innovation and collaboration. We know that if we aren't creating new ideas, we'll get left behind. We also know that when our entire team works together with yours, new ideas flow abound. Living and breathing these values has made us one of the top marketing agencies in the game. That's our promise to you.

Meet Clark

This is Clark. He's our head of marketing strategy. After working as a social media campaign manager for a major corporation, he wanted to move into a agency where he could spread his creative wings. Clark quickly moved up the ladder at Change Agent thanks to his innovative ideas that pair cutting-edge technology with high-converting content. When Clark isn't wowing clients, he's taking pictures of his corgi Coconut and binging on The Office.

Clark's just one of 75+ awesome change agents designing, innovating, and creating here at Change Agent. Schedule a consultation to get paired with a creation expert for your team.

Our Process

Change Agent works a little different than most marketing agencies. You don't start by buying a plan and then we throw basic content at you.

We begin with a free initial analysis and consultation to determine where your business is today. From there, we'll brainstorm 3-5 potential website and marketing strategies, customized to you and your needs. These plans include both digital applications and human services, as well as projected KPIs and results.

We'll then work with you to select which plan will be the most beneficial for your budget, timeline, and goals. Then, we assemble your team and start implementing- while you sit back and relax.

Long story short...

The job isn't done until you're seeing the promised results. We believe so deeply in our change agents that if you're not happy with the results, you don't pay. So what's the harm in trying a new way to marketing?

Let's work together

Our team is excited to start brainstorming ideas for your website and marketing campaign. Get a free initial consultation to chat with a creation expert, inspire ideas, and learn how our process works.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the MSELA Summit really free? Yes! You can watch all the free session interviews with every speaker when they go live from July 15 to 19, 2019 at no cost. There are opportunities to upgrade your learning experience, which you'll learn more about after you register.

Who is the MSELA Summit for? The MSELA Summit is designed for an audience of both new AND experienced Middle School ELA Teachers. These are reading and writing (English / Language Arts) teachers who desire actionable, realistic strategies and ideas to implement not just at the beginning of the school year, but all year long!

Teachers nationwide are sick to death of pointless PD's they're forced to sit through that don't touch on the topics relevant to them. They're ready for a conference experience that they can attend from anywhere, re-watch at anytime, and that covers topics REAL teachers in the trenches need in order to teach with joy while living a life of passion!

If you are ready to start your teaching journey (or if you've been at this a while and need to restart which a fresh perspective from teacher experts who GET IT), then this virtual summit is perfect for you!

What if I have plans, appointments, or if I just can't view all the sessions at once? Beginning July 15, you will receive an email each morning with your special link to enjoy the day's interviews! You get to view them throughout the day, one day at a time, before the next day's videos are posted. Check your email each morning for that day's link! Plus, after you grab your free ticket, I'll show you other options for seeing the interviews on-demand, anytime you want!

Does it include a Professional Development (PD) certificate? There is an option available for you to get a PD certificate good for 12+ hours as a record of your time. This would be a fantastic way to not only learn what you personally want to learn as you start prepping for the new school year, but also as documentation that you can add to your continuing education files!

Hi! I'm your summit host, Laura Kebart, M.Ed.

I serve super-busy Middle School ELA Teachers who choose personal family time over prepping for class.

You just need good ideas and easy strategies for setting up and getting started for the new school year! That's why, after nearly 20 years of teaching experience, I decided to host this incredible event chock-full of creative teachers ready to share their down-to-earth, most realistic strategies and ideas so we can ALL have the best school year yet!

Through my members-only Lesson Plan Community, I provide middle school ELA teachers with bell-to-bell lesson plans & curriculum every day, all year long, for 6th, 7th, & 8th grade so they can teach with joy while living an actual life outside the classroom.
